BareTrail Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting BareTrail. Every order helps us bring our mission to life — creating nature-inspired apparel that celebrates freedom and simplicity. We want you to love your gear, and we’re here to make things right if something goes wrong.


1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at baretrailapparel@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. These issues are handled through our production partner, Printful, which will reprint or replace the item promptly.
You do not need to return the defective item unless instructed.


2. Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before completing your purchase.


3. Custom or Limited Edition Items

All custom-printed or limited-edition products are final sale, unless defective or incorrect.


4. Return Process for Eligible Items

If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund:

  1. Email baretrailapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.

  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and process your replacement or refund within 5–10 business days after approval.


5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by BareTrail — through our production partner, Printful — only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If your order arrives with an issue, we’ll handle the replacement or refund process at no cost to you once it’s verified by our fulfillment team.

For any other situations, such as ordering the wrong size or color, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Please do not send any products back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed or reimbursed.


6. Policy Updates

BareTrail reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version active at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.


7. Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
