Thank you for supporting BareTrail. Each item is made to order through our trusted production partner, Printful, allowing us to reduce waste and create apparel with care.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters Printful’s fulfillment system for printing, quality check, and packaging.

Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment may take a few extra days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Note: Fulfillment times are averages, not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to stock availability, high order volume, or carrier disruptions.
2. Shipping Times (United States Only)
Estimated delivery time after fulfillment:

United States: 3–7 business days
These estimates are provided by Printful’s carrier network. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, or weather-related delays.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your order.

From time to time, BareTrail may offer free shipping promotions within the United States. When available, promotion details will appear on our store homepage or product pages.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Check with your local post office or neighbors.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at baretrailapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We’ll assist you in working with the carrier or Printful to resolve the issue when possible.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
BareTrail is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost in transit for more than 15 days, please contact us at baretrailapparel@gmail.com. We’ll coordinate with Printful and the shipping carrier to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement order when applicable.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for instructions on requesting a replacement or refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your purchase.
Orders returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in certain regions due to carrier limitations.
9. Changes or Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after placement. Once processing starts, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
